Here's a little bit about one of our favorite songbirds:

Give Your Regards to Broadway Brassy, the Golden Throat of Burlesque. This "could be" love child of Aretha Franklin and Janis Joplin is one of the most sought after singers today, captivating audiences with her Sassy Soul. A demo singer for Motown Records, Brassy made her way to the Big Apple thanks to the help of her hometown hero John Waters. This NYC award winning chanteuse has graced the stages of Joe's Pub, The Highline Ballroom, Webster Hall, The Slipper Room and countless others. Catch her monthy at Public Assembly singing with her band, Ticket to Ride at Beatles Burlesque, or at the Rum House at the Hotel Edison in Times Square. You can also hear her Thursdays at Nurse Bettie belting out your favorites. www.BroadwayBrassyNYC.com
